3m primer 94 can be used to improve the overall adhesion of tape, film and vinyl patterns to polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and paint metal surfaces.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
  • Promotes adhesion to polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends and other difficult-to-adhere substrates.
  • Commonly used to increase the adhesion of films and vinyl graphics in automotive details.
  • Small areas can be applied with a brush or cotton swab, large areas with a pressurized flow gun.
  • Transparent when dry.
